11 years ago, I lost someone who was far more than a cousin to me, she was my go-to person, my mentor, and my rock. Then, in an instant, she was gone after her battle with cancer.
This year, I’m taking on the Randstad Ride in her honor. I’m riding so the money raised can support other families who deserve the fighting chance we wish we had.
Cancer rarely leaves a life untouched. Whether it’s a family member, a friend, or a colleague, we’ve all felt its impact. Every kilometer I pedal is a tribute to Myriam and to everyone who has fought (or is currently fighting) this disease.
